I start this article with, In the Name of God, Most Gracious, and Most Merciful. My message is to remind all humans about some of the facts of life that most of us nowadays ignore and are distracted from. These days we get accustomed to living in fiction instead of fact, lies instead of truth. What is right to us seems wrong, and what is wrong to us seems right. When someone starts to think and use their intellect, that person will start to see the truth. But because falsehood is so overwhelming, the person gets confused and starts to doubt themselves.

One example is that a lot of people start to doubt the existence of god, but those same people, when they feel weak, needy and scared; their own instinct will drive them to cry for God. Don’t those people think? Who brought them here to this world? Did they come to this world with their own will? Can they stop their own death when it comes to them?  Have they seen anybody walking around from hundreds or thousands of years ago?

The fact is we live and die without our choice. We exist, but we don’t have the power to exist. So, the fact is that there is something out there and it is in control of this life of ours, and that thing is beyond our mind to comprehend. The only fact that we know is that this entity that controls our lives does exist.

Since our mind is limited, it cannot comprehend what god wants from us unless he tells us what he want from us. A human does not know what is in another humans mind unless they tell them. How can they know what is in gods mind unless he tells us?

In conclusion, the existence of god is a fact. So we should search and exhaust our mind to find out the right message from god to humanity which should be a comprehensive one.

MESSAGE TO HUMANITY

THE WAY TO BELIEVE



The way to belief in Islam is through the intellectual and rational thinking of a human being.  One of the unique feature of the humans, that is created in us from God, is their ability to think.  So through our thinking process, humans should prove the existence of God and God Message.

Koran 3:190

“Behold! In the creation of the heavens and the earth and the alterations of night and day, these are indeed signs for men of understanding.”

When we look at the universe, and all that is contained therein, we notice that each and everything in the universe shares at least two common properties.  Each and everything in the universe is dependent and limited.  It is actually quite easy to prove these 2 properties, as far as proving that everything in the universe is limited, scientists declared recently that they were able to calculate (with some degree of error) the rate of expansion of the universe.  The acknowledgement of the expansion of the universe is also an acknowledgement of a limit to the universe, since expansion means adding a fixed amount of something to a fixed amount of another.  Additionally, if the universe has limits, meaning that the universe is limited, then time and space are also limited.  Time and space are but measurements of the universe itself, and consequently bound by the same boundaries .  So if the universe has limits then time and space also have limits.

Rationally speaking, if something is dependent, there has to be an independent force to satisfy its needs of dependence.  If something is limited, there has to be an unlimited force which sets its limits and boundaries, and which determines its expansion, decline, or annihilation.  To Muslims, Allah in Arabic, (God in English), the Creator and Organizer, is independent and unlimited force.  He is the one who brought everything into existence from nothing, and when He wills, he will remove everything from existence.  He is the one who operates, runs, and systematizes each and every universal law, from the vibration of the atomic particle to the expansion of the universe, and everything in between.  He does so alone, without any help or partners.  He, Allah/God, cannot be confined by measurement of this universe, so He is not subject to time or space, rather He has sets this measurement according to a system which is in His active control.  He neither dozes off nor does he sleeps. He does not have children nor is He decedent of anyone.  There is absolutely nothing that can or should be compare to Him, and we the human race cannot comprehend His essence.  We only comprehend His existence.  For example, we understand that He is the Creator based on the existence of the creation, or the effect of His Creation.  So our comprehension of Him is based on these limits of creation,in other words, the universe and every thing in it, any attempt to comprehend Allah/God’s essence outside of the limits of the universe would be a fruitless and useless exercise.

It provides a greater feeling of fullness and keeps blood sugar levels constant, this helps in better appetite control. Grapefruit can prove to be a great weight loss weapon.

Food #4: Almonds

Almond is the best choice to suppress the hunger. It also contains vitamin B, Vitamin C and vitamin E. You can keep few almonds in your pocket and eat them whenever you feel hungry.

When Lemon juice or honey is squeezed into lukewarm water it creates alkaline environment in the body. By consuming alkaline foods such as honey lemon and drinks made from them, you are flushing your body of the excess acids, which indirectly results in weight loss. Oats also contain cereal proteins like gluten and zein. You should eat Oats in the form of oatcakes, oatmeal cookies, and Oat bread.

Apples are low in fat, sodium and calories. They also contain fiber, minerals and vitamins. Fiber in apple expands in your stomach, so you will eat less food to satisfy your hunger.

Food #9: Pineapple

Pineapple is a rich source of Vitamin C, Fiber and protein digesting enzyme called bromelain. Bromelain helps in quickly processing proteins, which results in more energy for your body.

Food #10: Salmon fish

Salmon fish is a rich source of nutrients, vitamins and omega 3 fatty acids. It also helps in controlling asthma, menopausal symptoms and hypertension. Enzymes in vinegar prevent food poisoning even of you eat contaminated food, and it also improves digestion.It also counteracts bladder infections. All you have to do is add 1 teaspoon of vinegar per glass of water and sip it, take 1 sip at a time.

It is a nutrition packed, disease fighting vegetable. Eating Broccoli few times in a week can cut the number of calories in our body. It also provides other health benefits like lowering risk of cancer, boosting your heart health and lowering cholesterol.

Avocado is excellent for weight control and weight loss. It contains high amount of monounsaturated fats. It also contains “mannoheptulose”, which is a weight loss friendly carbohydrate.
There is no need to hire an instructor or spend money on gym to lose your weight. All you have to do is do some cardio exercises and eat any of the above mentioned 13 Killer foods for fat loss. Also stay away from sodas ,bottled  juices ,things with high fructose corn syrup,white bread,and too much rice .
